Production is the default.

No internal tools, no POCs that go nowhere. From week one, you're working on systems that handle real traffic, real orders, and real customers. The feedback loop is immediate.

AI is moving fast enough that standing still is falling behind. We run bi-weekly architecture reviews, maintain a shared reading list, and budget time for engineers to explore new models and frameworks.
